Ez debug led

I currently have the b350m, and my pc will not boot and I’m getting the red LED on the cpu section of the ez debug LED, any help would be appreciated.

Motherboard-B350m Gaming Pro
CPU- Ryzen 5 with wraith cooler
RAM- Corsair CMK16GX4M2B3000C15 Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3000MHz
GPU- EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 SuperClocked 6GB
PSU- Corsair CP-9020102-UK CX550M 550 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Po Wer Supply Unit

I’ve checked that, I’ve reseated the cpu in case it wasn’t sat properly, no bent pins as far as I could see. I’m wondering if it could be something to do with the BIOS need updating.
