Question EZ debug LEDs CPU turns on at start then switches to VGA

CPU: amd ryzen 3 something
MB: MSI MAG B550M MORTAR WIFI
RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX 2x8gb
SSD: samsung SSD 980
GPU: GeForce GTX

I built this computer late March this year. About a month ago I was experiencing crashes often and something happened to make my mother board go kabluie so I switched it out for the MORTAR and everything was going fine until a few weeks ago where the crashes started again and the computer will not turn on again. Hoping that this is fixable as it has been fixed before.

the lights on the motherboard light up first the cpu for a while then the vga.

ive already rebooted the cmos but the pc will not boot up.

there is not Inter grated graphics either so I cannot check if it is the gpu crapping it’s self.

You need to inform what is the series name, Ryzen 3 have alot off varieties. What was your previous motherboard? also please kindly inform you gpu model
