EZ Debug (white) LED CPU blinks

Yesterday, I received my new PC so I set it up with no problem following some tutorials on the Internet and when that was the moment to turn it on
Suspense, nothing appeared on display..
I've tried to solve the problem but it wasn't successful

Configuration :
- MSI B250M PRO VDH
- Intel Pentium G4560
- G.Skill Aegis DDR4 8go 2400 Mhz
- Crucial MX300 M.2 2280 275go
- MSI Radeon RX 480 Gaming X 8go
- LEPA B550 MB Modular 550W

So i've tried to launch it only with the mobo, proc, ram, ssd and power out of the box.
The CPU Fan work in fits and starts and the EZ Debug (white) LED CPU blinks but nothing on screen..

I'm a little bit confused and short of idea to solve this

PS : Week-end mean no after sales services ....

PS2 : I've already tried to clear the cmos but nothing change

Yes, and to delete all of the problems caused by bad installations i'm already in a breadboarding configuration ..

When i plug speakers on motherboard and turn it on ( motherboard ). It sounds like medium tempo (2 per seconds)

If the board has an available port for it.
You'd start the board with no RAMs installed and check the beeps. This way you'd know if board and CPU do work. If they do, the next step would be testing different RAM model.

I think that my motherboard has an available port for it but i haven't a wire for it

Is it the JFP2 port ? If yes it's available

When I start the board with no RAM's installed it make the same sounds as last time and with RAM's installed, same beeps.

No, it doesn't.. Only White EZ Debug LED

check for bent pin CPU socket, if it ok.
plug in only 1 RAM in slot 2 or 4..try to power on?

I have already done what you're saying but it stay like ever : EZ DEBUG WHITE LED CPU ON so No signal on display
I think that Monday I will call the ASS of MSI

According to Msi's Motherboard, problem comes from CPU but physically it looks good, no bent pins, his radiator is ok if we do not focus on the fact that fan work in fits and starts following the tempo beeps and alimentation is working well and correctly plugged

After differents tests and multiples calls with the ASS we found the cause of the problem !
That was the alimentation that wasn't working well, because no power means cpu stucks that's why fans were low turns working.
So, I've just change my alimentation and everything and YES, mobo turns perfectly !

So you basically just changed your power supply and it worked? Because i have the same build except for the power supply and ram.
