My new iBall is not working and I am unable to format it too.
I have tried everything and can not replace it because bought it in another country. Please help.
We strongly discourage posting email addresses in an open forum. And because we always reply through the forums, we do not need them anyway.
The error message usually means that the system either cannot find the device (it is really not on the F: drive), it is not formatted, or it is broken.
