F:\ is not accessable Access is denied

+ i cant acess the security tab in windows 7 (it dosnt show it in this drive ) so i cant fix the issue
3 tera external drive with i lose all date it happen after a blue screen
no access
is there any hope ?

Possibly corrupt, try plugin them into another PC
