F Panel Connector Problem

I have an asus desktop case with what I'm assuming are asus f panel connectors. I recently bought a gigabyte motherboard, while installing it I wasn't able to connect one of the connectord because of the pin layout. What should I do or buy?

GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3 AM3+ AMD 760G + SB710 HDMI USB 3.0 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard and I'm unsure what connector but from what I see its connected to the power button when I follow the wire, or the front panel but I will post a couple pictures when I get my phone to work

I originally bought the pc as a complete pc- http://www.asus.com/Desktops/Essentio_CM1630/

How would I go about replacing the coords or can I not have two different brands connecting?

By using those cables or similar you will be able to connect the case switches/leds to the new board's header.
