[SOLVED] F1 and F2 not working to go into bios

Hello Everyone,

So i just finished my custom gaming pc build with the following hardware:

Ryzen 9 5950x
EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3
Corsair dominator 2x16GB RAMM
ROG Dark Hero Motherboard
1000W Corsair PSU

Here is my issue:

When i boot my pc, it immediately takes me to a screen that says press F1 or Enter to enter BIOS setup or F2 to continue to OS, however whenever i press it nothing happens. My computer than shuts off after 15 seconds.

I have tried removing my CMOS battery, resetting motherboard, and i don't have a ps/2 slot in the motherboard.

Please note that i haven't even installed windows boot media onto my new hard drive, because i haven't been able to access the BIOS.

Any help would be much appreciated

Try again, unplugging evrything except the keyboard and monitor. Unplug any drives also. Basically like breadboarding.
