F2 & ALT+F10 not allowing me into Boot Menu and to perform a factory reset or recovery and I lost my password

My A-I-O, P. C. Is an Acer aspire Z3-605, model AR5622.

I cannot remember any passwords, and the F2 or F10 plus the del or the F12 buttons are not taking me to the BIOS screen. Instead I am getting the text "Reboot or select the proper Boot Device or Insert Boot Media in selected device..."

I have no "Boot Media" or "recovery CD's" or "USB program" available to me.

What else can I do to enter the Boot Menu or Fully Reset to factory settings?
