Question F4-3000C16D-16GTZR stable only at 2933 :(

Asus Strix b450-f board
AMD Ryzen 2200G CPU
16GB of above Ram in slots 2/4 (on the MB QVL list)

Obviously when i initially load it 2133...I first tried to manually change to 3000 and 1.35V, and also tried the DOCP settings for 3000 and fails to boot each time.

Any thoughts on what I am missing? If you need more info please ask. Sorry this is a newb question but I am not as savy with this stuff haha...thanks!

2933 is normal for those modules on a Ryzen setup.

That I have not done as everything else is working fine in my build and I have been told don't update BIOS unless you need too haha...so will a newer BIOS solve this? Again the difference between 2933 and 3000 would be minor so I wonder if its worth it even...again all is running will currently on new build

You can leave it as is since it is running fine. In any case DDR4-2933 should be most stable.
