Its been along time since I take a look at this RAM thing, I forgot everything
Would anyone please tell me what is the best CAS latency I should set the memory kit at? Only at 3200hz is all I need. Thanks.

you should use the BIOS XMP profile to auto-set your memory manufacturer rated specifications.
if none available, then set them manually to the manufacturer rated specs.
