Question F5 Key on HP Laptop

I have bought a new laptop an HP 250 G7 the f5 key doesn't do anything looking on the interne\t they didn't map it to refresh browsers and you cannot set it in bios settings either. Is there some sort of app or workaround as i'm sick of pressing FN +F5 keys to do this. I don't want to alter anything else just this one keymap.

Hi it's been a long time since i used github, i've downloaded and extracted the file but no idea how to install the app to my hard drive?
