Question Facebook account hacked

Recently my FB account being hacked. Tried to get it back, but the primary mail was changed...i dunno how the hacker got past 2 step authentication. Tried to upload my driver license or my ID, but it says it cannot be uploaded because the requirements aren't met or something. Are there any other ways to try and recover my account? Also, even if i get into my account, how do i even change the primary mail since it requires a confirmation? And that confirmation will be on the hacker's mail.
