It should be per person because we're talking about people here. When the fine is per day, it just seems wrong. Are they cattle? No. Let's not go easy on the rich U.S. company just because they've embedded themselves into everything.

Let's see similar suits in every country. Across the board. Facebook has a history of knowingly violating the law, because they can afford to pay the small fines if they get caught.

It's time to bring the hammer down.

Just block all of Belgium and tell them to go screw themselves.

The EU is still around because of the amount of money they bring in in "fines"
