ok ive been playing jackpot bingo on fb for about 4-5 weeks and now it wont load up it comes up on my page gets to 100% and then nothing ive asked support to help with no luck ive tried evrything they have suggested but with no luck so please anybody can help i really want my game back i have 152,000000 credits and really dont want to loose them but i want my game back please help also im not real computer smart so make it easy to understand please thank u miss desperate

Have you tried playing the game of another browser?
Have you recently disabled any pluggins for your browser?

yes ive tried google crome it didnt work .
and im not sure about pluggins how would i check that thanks

Try updating Java or flash player. and when the game is loading try "right clicking on the game area and select Quality > then low, (some games dont have this option but non the less if its there try it even while its loading)
