[SOLVED] facebook: microsoft edge links

i have windows 11 with the facebook app, also have chrome set to default browser and every time i click on a facebook link inside the app it opens up the link in microsoft edge, i tried going through all my settings and googled for anymore ideas and still can't figure it out, has anyone else had this problem and got the links to open in chrome?
