Facebook Not Sending Me Notifications

Hello,
I have a business and we use our facebook page to have customers contact us. I have the facbook pages app on my phone, but I still don't recieve any notifications. I have notifications turned on in both the app, and in my phone's settings. I don't really know what else to do. I have looked on facebook support and nothing really helped. Thanks.

What your Facebook website page settings? Notifications could be turned off there.
