Question Facebook problem

I feel dumb asking this but I'm desperate! I was locked out of my faceback page and now its asking for a authenticator code to get back in. I don't have any codes or even know where to get one. I do have the google authentication app, but it needs input. Help please.

Contact FB customer support. You'll end up sending a copy of your ID to them, so that they can validate it being you (given that you are in FB via your real name).

I had to go through that ordeal myself few years back when i enabled 2-way auth and initially the code sent to my mobile worked. But once i logged out and tried to log back in, no code ever arrived to my phone. So, just to get back into my account, i had to verify it was me and my account via FB customer support.
Never again i will enable 2-way auth in FB.

But if you used alt name, then you're essentially screwed. FB has little to no way (or obligation) to verify who you are.
