I am subjecting to build a Ryzen R5 2400g pc, but can't find a compatible motherboard with updated bios, and i am new in this field, can i buy a pre build bios updated motherboard ?

Any B450 or X470 motherboard will have a compatible BIOS. You can then update it further after you've built the computer.

Only if it has been updated with a BIOS to make it compatible.

You've expressed a concern finding a motherboard that is compatible, which is a valid concern since most on-line vendors are unwilling to provide that assurance of their B350 stock. The suggestion is to play it safe and choose from any of the widely available B450 or X470 boards with confidence you'll get one compatible with any AM4 Ryzen CPU on the market.

Personal choices: for ATX: MSI B450 Tomahawk, for mATX: Asrock B450M Pro4 or MSI B450M Mortar.

But so much depends on what's available to you and what you are looking for. I wouldn't suggest any X470 board simply because they carry price premiums that aren't worth it for most users but then looking for a feature, or features, unique to them changes the dynamic.
