Guys I'm facing problem with NEED FOR SPEED #RIVALS. In my laptop specs are 4 GB RAM,I3 3rd gen 1.8ghz 500GB Hdd and 2 GB graphics Intel HD 4000

Yes, your problem is the integrated graphics.

It should run, but I doubt it will run very well. I recommend you try to lower the resolution to 720p (1280x720) and put all settings to Low and Off.
