URGENT!!!

okay so I am selling my pc and I am wanting to wipe the whole pc so its empty and ready to be sold to the new owner but as I have seen the windows 10 was an upgrade and I dont have the upgrade key. if i factory reset the whole pc does that mean i the windows 10 aswell?

If you're wiping a drive for sale, you should do much more than "reset".

If an HDD, you can use DBAN to fully wipe the drive clean - then reinstall your OS before selling.

If it's an SSD, your SSD manufacturer should have a piece of software that allows a "secure erase".

If you're already activated, you can clean install Windows and simply skip when prompted for a key - you'll reactivate when back online.
