Today I felt like it was a good time to factory reset my computer. As it has been running the slow the past month and it is almost 3 years old. I began with the system reset in Windows 10, wiping all files. It was around 50% when I got the error "system reset could not be completed" or something around those lines. In which said "redirecting to windows 10". After that alienware logo would show up on my screen like my computer was starting up, then it turned black with the flashing white underscore. I do have windows 7 installation disk, but when I start it up it says I can't continue installing since I was on Windows 10.
