[SOLVED] Factory reset got stuck and I might’ve done something bad-

Hi! I was recently installing something when I got some pretty bad viruses on my PC. Wasn’t too conflicted about factory resetting it because it had already been running pretty slowly and I had everything important backed up. After I started the factory reset everything was running smoothly until around about an hour (?) later it hit 53% and stayed there for a solid 4 hours or so.
Out of frustration I turned off my pc and as soon as I turned it back on it started just reinstalling windows, now I’m wondering, would it have reset it properly or should I factory reset again and just wait it out this time?
Ah, for one I don’t know if the installing windows screen is legitimate, and my Razer software looks like it’s installing (?) on top of the window installation, completely covering it.

You should do a full wipe and reinstall, not a "Factory Reset".

Am I able to turn off my pc and install windows tomorrow (even though it’s telling me not to)? Because it’s 2am and I kinda need sleep

Yes. its not going to break anything that isn't already broken - and that will only be windows. clean install will fix that
