Factory reset help!!!

I just factory reset my computer that runs windows 8.1, it's at the screen where you choose your language and time. Can I turn it off right there or will something happen if I do? Respond quickly please.

I'm not certain.
Once you get to that point, there is much longer until you finish the setup.

Are you trying to send it to someone so that they can pick their own language?
