Factory Reset Help

So I have a Acer And I switched from Windows 8 to 7 and now suddenly i cant factory reset my Laptop it had the option to do it before i switched over to 7 but now i cant Factory reset it please help

With 8 installed by manufacturer, the recovery utility was put on a separate partition of the drive. I'm assuming when you wiped the disk to install 7, you wiped out the recovery console, too. Contact Acer to see if they'd be willing to send you the recovery utility via disc, or maybe they'll show you where to download it.
