factory reset lose game data

I want to do a factory reset to fix my pc but i am worrried that if i do i will lose all my saved game data from my games on steam will I? if yes is their any way i can back it up

I'm not sure if everything's going to be lost but usually factory reset means that the device will be in the state you've bought it in. Which means that you'd probably lose data, so backup anything important you may have (not only game data).
