Factory reset my acer

I'm having problems with my computer, and I've a learned a lot about computers since I've gotten it and I just want a fresh start. I'd pay for something if i had to. I want to factory reset my acer laptop.

This applies to most Acer laptops whose hard drives contain a factory recovery partition:

When the Acer logo splash-screen appears, press the Alt and F10 keys TOGETHER repeatedly until Acer eRecovery screen appears.
