[SOLVED] Factory reset pc, cant get past bios

Yesterday I had built my PC got everything working and decided to factory reset the PC since I was still using my older SSD/HDD. After factory resetting it I got into windows fine and started installing drivers when I realized it wasn't recognizing my GPU (2080 super). I unplugged then replugged the cable only for my next boot up to get stuck at a black screen. It worked perfectly yesterday and in old. Ive tried my old card (980) and still the same black screen after bios.

Factory resets tend to break... I would do a clean install... especially on a new PC.

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB
