Factory Reset Question?

I am having issues with my windows 7 pc. If I return it to factory settings, does it use internet? My internet is kind of bad, so I dont want it draining all of my data.

No it doesnt, its all stored on a hidden partition on your harddrive. And since its ONLY on your hdd they suggest that you make your factory restore disks ASAP so you have a copy of them when your harddrive dies. otherwise plan on spending $50 to buy a new set should you ever need them.
