Factory reset, shows no progress

Hi I'm trying to reset my PC to factory default and it's not showing any progress. Just the spinning wheel. It's been doing this for three hours now and I was wondering if this is normal.

Hi,

It's not normal if it has been doing that for 3 hrs now. If you're doing a complete factory reset with it just do a clean install using a bootable Windows 10.
