Question factory reset

Win 11, have done a factory reset prior to handing laptop on. goes through the reset remove all files . Restarts and asks for my password. How can I wipe the lot to hand over without me being the administer?

Enable built in Administrator account and set empty password.
Then log in from built in Administrator and delete your custom account.

If your account doesn't have administrative privileges, then you have no permission to do any of that.
