Factory restore Dell

Hi I have a Dell inspiron 10 mini and can't do a factory reset. I have searched dell support with no joy, I tried the f8 and f11 method but there is no repair computer, I don't have any disks and don't know what to try. Can anyone suggest something I haven't tried. Thanks

Mini 10 with XP: Reboot, press and hold Ctrl. The Dell logo screen should appear and freeze after progress line finishes, continue to hold Ctrl then press F11. It will go into Symantec recovery.

If that doesn't work hold F11 and boot depending on the OS.
