Factory Restore Question

Hello,
I have Acer Aspire 4937 laptop,recently i made it dual boot
(windows7 & Windows Vista)But now i cannot access ALT + F10 option for factory setting mode Pls help me to solve this problem

Try turning the laptop off, then hold down 0 and turn it on. See if that works. If not, I would suspect that the recovery partition was accidentally wiped when setting up the dual boot.
