Factory restore, teset

I can get passed the screen that says enter password to open windows XP, but then goes to a screen that has three log ins one is a dummy set up second is a password which I have third is my username and I put my password In after striking enter, says opening, but then goes back the three username screen. Please let me know if I can factory restore, reset, BIOS default set, or just AM out of luck, lol It is a Dell latitude E6400, system, #5MG8BM1-2A7B, is protected by a password authentication system, thank you in advance.

I'm sorry but we do not assist with issues requiring a bypassing security features. I'm sure you would appreciate this policy if your device were ever lost or stolen.

That being said, whether you can restore or not depends on the sophistication of the protection. Yo may actually end up going back to Dell with proof of ownership to get this resolved if its something from the factory.
