So I recently factory restored my computer and I get an error telling me to call my pcs customer support except I don't know what it is since I have an msi h87, an intel i3 4130 and a gtx 660. The error says the system has detected a configuration error. Unless prevented this error will not allow your PC to properly start. What can I do?

What do you mean by factory restored, is this a prebuilt and you used a restore disk from the manufacturer? or did you reset your CMOS? and where does the message come from, is it from the BIOS or as Win tries to start? First thoughts would be if you reset the CMOS the the HD and/or SSD is the problem, the BIOS has defaulted to IDE mode and the drive(s) were set up under AHCI or it's wanting onboard video and you are plugged into the GPU card

I put onboard graphics on and I have the same problem. How do I change this ahci or IDE thing. Because here is what happens. I start up the conputer. Windows loading page comes up then it says setup is preparing your computer for first time use for about 30 seconds and then shows me that "your system has detected a configuration error, unless corrected this error will prevent your computer from starting properly (code purple)
