Factory seetting foof laptop

Hello,
I have an Acer Extensa 4620 laptop it had windows vista but for some problem I took it to the repir shop. they reset the laptp and they upgrade it to windows 7. I want to reset the laptop by myself and want to get my vista back. I have never done resatting laptop and I don't know the processes. it would be great if any one can help me to how can i start the process up to finishing

Did they change your Hard drive also ?

Also, what do you want back : only Vista or all the data you had on your laptop before reset ?
