Faded Greyish Dead Pixel *HELP*

My new monitor has a pixel that is not completely black, but is is kind of grey. It makes my desktop icons and taskbar look like they are in 3D, or popping out at me. Please help, Thank you!

You can try the program JScreen Fix that may help with the stuck pixel.
