[SOLVED] Fail to Post

Hi there guys I've got and upgrade on my Rig from R5 2600 to R7 3700X with the same mobo.
Sometimes when i turn the PC on it just doesn't post. Happens every now and then. I did CMOS reset and my Bios is updated to the latest one as well.
Any help on this?

My setup :
Motherboard : ASUS ROG Strix B450 F Gaming
CPU : Ryzen 7 3700X
GPU : XFX RX 5700 DD Ultra flashed to XT
Memory : XPG D60G 16GB 3600MHz
Cooling : XPG Levante 240 AIO
PSU: EVGA GQ 750W 80+ Gold.
1st Storage : M.2 Samsung 250GB 960 EVO
2nd Storage : ADATA SU 650 960GB SSD

Yes 3003 Version the latest available on the site

the cause might be because your psu isn't giving enough power or if your cpu overheats.
