[SOLVED] Fail too boot

Just upgraded from a B350 tomahawk board to a x370 pro carbon. Also installed a corsair water cooler. When I try to boot the system everything comes on for a second and then shuts off. Will having (4) 16gb of ram installed for the initial boot cause this?

Try removing 3 of the ram sticks, placing the remaining one where the manual says to for a single stick configuration.
Now see if you can enter the bios to check XMP and ram voltage settings.
