failed BIOS update

I tried to update the BIOS in my older PC and it showed the update process printing on the screen all the different firmwares its updating and after everything was marked as 'done' the system restart and then froze. after 30 of black screen without booting i tried to restart it (bad choice but i couldnt think of anything else to do...) and since then if i try to turn on the computer it turns on for about 5 sec and then off, and then on and off.... until i turn it off using the power button or unplug it.

the board is Intel DG33FB and i downloaded the bios from their website (the .EXE file).

any ideas???

I forgot to mention that moving the jumper didnt make any difference and the problem still the same with or without it.
in addition if I'm unplugging the 4-pin connector from the psu its stop turning on and off but obviously its not booting...
