I just got home from school and tried booting up my pc.
The first time i tried my screen just stayed black before a "no signal" message popped up, when i restarted my pc i got this message up so i got put into the bios software and exited WITHOUT saving (it said no changes were made), but when i tried booting up the pc again i got the exact same message, but this time i saved before exiting and it booted up correctly so my question is if i just messed up by choosing not to save the first time.
Ireset my whole computer a couple of months ago and i havent run into any trouble since then.

cpu: intel core i7 9700F
gpu: Asus ROG 2070 super
motherboard: Asus ROG 360-F Gaming
ram: corsair vengeance LPX 4x8gb (two sticks are 2133MHz and the other two are 2400MHz i think)
psu: Corsair RM 850
ssd (boot drive): samsung 980 m.2 1tb
ssd; Kingston KC600 512gb

I didnt try cmos reset, all i did was turn the pc on and save when i got put in the bios (it didnt show any changes)
The first time i tried leaving my bios the pc blue screened and when i tried booting again the same message popped up, but this time after i entered the bios i immediately pressed save and exit and the pc booted normally.
I have tried turning the pc on and off a couple of times to see if it would boot normally and it does except the boot times seem longer now compared to before.

I can disconnect the wireless charger and put the mouse connector straight in the pc.

first you mix ram so try it with i set at the time and use cpu-z spd and memory tab on each post a picture of both result here also connect mouse directly in usb port in back of pc for power test psu and others use occt does you brother have same system specs and do you both use same outlet or breaker line in the house also check if nothing else is plug to this line that could pull a lot of power when it start .
