So, one night my street had a power cut as I was playing a game, it was already late so I decided to head to bed and the next morning the PC wouldn't work. The problem is obviously with the PCU as it gave absolutely 0 power and did not work with the paper clip test. I had one other PCU laying about (Tagan BZ 900w) and decided to try it out, turns the PC on for 0.5 sec and turns off (No buzzer on MOBO) the tagan PSU does work with the paper clip test. I tried removing all components so it was left with the 12 Pin, 4 pin and CPU. Still the same, tried removing the CPU and computer turns on for 3 seconds and then off, and tried resetting until it is killed. If you have an answer please try to word it for a newbie as I don't have much understanding of computers.

MOBO - Gigabyte GA-B75M-HD3
New PCU - Tagan BZ 900w
Old PCU - Antec True Power Trio 650w
RAM - Kingston hyperx 1gb (2X)
CPU - Intel Core i5-2310
