Question Failed HDD Question

My HDD failed blah blah blah, it makes sounds and stuff.

Now if I put it in my new PC with another HDD already installed can I still recover the files?
Or is there anyway way to transfer it to the new one?

Depends one what failed with the bad HDD.
If it's a mechanical issue preventing reading then you wont get anything from the drive and if you really need it you should send it out to a recovery specialist. It's expensive.
A repetitive clicking sound is known as the click of death and is one such scenario.
