Failed overclock , HELP NEEDED

So I attempted to overclock my computer , after messing around with the voltage I maxed it out +0.775 and now my computer won't shut off or connect to the monitor , HELP ME BROTHERS

Pull the CMOS battery for 30 second and replace in order to reset back to stock settings.
