So today I attempted to overclock my pc. After applying the settings, I restarted my computer and walked out of my room. I came back to find it powered off and it wouldn't not start up again.
When the power button is pushed, all of the fans move a fraction, and then stop.

Is there any way I can revert the changes I have made?

Specs:
AMD FX 8320 Black edition
Asrock 970 Pro3 R2.0
Novatech 600W ATX Modular PSU
2x EVGA GTX 550ti (Super clocked edition)
GeIL EVO Potenza 8GB (2x4GB)

You've locked up BIOS? You'll have to reset CMOS, either by button, jumper or removing the battery and replacing after 10 seconds. Check which options are available for your board.

Just copy, pasted as 2nd time posting this today.

Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure what you mean by 'locked up BIOS'. I've attempted to reset the CMOS by jumper and by removing the battery. Neither of these methods have worked. There also doesn't seem to be a button anywhere on it.

Any other ideas?

I was just being lazy, copy and pasting the response I posted earlier to someone else as it was very similar. TBH I've not seen one with a button either but some do apparently.
If clearing the CMOS hasn't worked it's possible a part may have gone bad which I guess would mean having to check each part some how. Sorry that's not of much help.
Does your board support dual BIOS?

What settings did you change also?

I don't have a clue if it does, and I believe I changed it from manual to 'Auto OC Mode' and selected the 5% option

I believe I changed it from manual to 'Auto OC Mode' and selected the 5% option. And I'll check out to see if I can flash it, thanks

another thing that night help

disconnect the power cable from the pc, hold the power button for a few seconds to discharge any residual power

if that doesn't work, try unplugging everything from the mobo, then re-connecting it

what type of cooler do you have?

I've tried that, and I have an Akasa AK-CC4008HP01 Venom Voodoo CPU Cooler

It's been ~7 hours, and upon pressing the power button, it powers on for roughly half a second. :3

ok, strip everything down to the bare minimum for post

disconnect any HDDs/CD/DVD drives, remove one of your GPUs, remove one stick of ram

then see if you can get into your bios

if it's still not working, disconnect the mobo and examine it for any blown capacitors or burn marks front and back (especially around the power connectors)

the fact the fans start for a second then stop and then nothing happens, it sounds like one of the following:
*PSU is fried
*BIOS is corrupted
*CPU is fried
*mobo is fried

Can you try removing one of your video cards before trying to boot? To remove some of the power draw. It's just a theory after googling some of your specs, specifically the PSU. Since the CMOS should be clear by now after doing those things I'm wondering if the PSU has took a hit.

Edit: Just seen after posting and page refreshed, blockheads sugestion is better.

Tried all of that, still can't get into BIOS. I'll try flashing it, if it'll let me, tomorrow as my internet is soon to be disconnected :l

if i'm being honest, it sounds like your PSU has died (I might be wrong)

I've had the exact same thing happen to me before, not after overclocking, but when the PC turned on the fans would move for a split second then nothing. New PSU fixed it for me on that occasion.

If you don't have any joy with the BIOS, unless you have a spare PSU to test it with, as Suzuki metioned a computer shop will be able to connect it up to another PSU to test it

I've tried another PSU, it has the same results :/
