Failed PSU replaced powers on but no post

I turned my computer off after a night of gaming went to turn it on in the morning and it would power up for a split second,and shut back off. So I tested my power supply and it failed the paperclip test so I swapped the power supply with an extra one I had laying around. Now everything powers up but it won't post, I went through all the trouble shooting my 4 pin is connected cmos cleared, and I can't get a single beep out of it even after breadboarding it assuming it's the mobo?

Are you saying it shows no signs of life at all, or it will not post?
