Question Failed to boot after cloning system from RAID0 array to single SSD

I am trying to move my system from a RAID 0 array to a single SSD. I am using AOMEI backupper. However, after cloning the system simply restarts everytime after showing the initial circle spinning screen. I have tried Windows startup repair and to no avail. Any other suggestions on this?

Use the "restore to different hardware" option so it will change the storage driver.

That did not work for me, same issue occurred where the circle spins for a while then it reboots.

Update:
Cloning to an MBR disk and boot using legacy boot works for some reason, though my original system boots from UEFI
Cloning to a GPT disk and boot using UEFI does not work, with the issue mentioned above persist.
