Failed to cancel my account

Hello everyone

I have another account on Tom's hardware, and I need to cancel this one. However, as many times as I tried to cancel the account from the "Account Settings", the website shows a message that the password is wrong, while I am sure about it, as I use it every time for logging in.

Can anybody guide me on cancelling my account ??

i know there is an issue where unsubscribing (cancelling your account) is currently not working since we changed over to the new login system. we are aware of the issue and the staff has submitted the issue to the devs. no idea on an ETA for the fix though.

sorry for the inconvenience but the staff knows about the issue and is working on it.
