Failed to connect to a windows service..
What is this how can we resolved this problem and i am also not able to use my internet connection

When is this message coming up, what are you doing at the time?
Have you noticed any issues such as the printer not working or is everything working ok?
Are you not able to use your internet connection due to this problem or is it due to another unrelated issue?
