Failed to install drivers

Hello
This morning i used normally the PC and after a while it remained with white screen.
after a reboot i note to see strange characters on the screen:

then i installed a fresh W7 x64 ultimate version and i note that i have the same problem. I noticed that everything is working just before i install VGA drivers (the same i installed the last time and were working, 8 month ago).
but i BIOS diagnostic i receive no error from VGA. The screen now is another time black

Graphics card is damaged. Replace it.

what about the integrated Intel HD? i can't see in "device manager". it should be present

Integrated gpu gets disabled automatically, when discrete gpu is present.
Remove the damaged graphics card and then you can use integrated Intel GPU.

i can't see the embedded Intel graphics. Are you sure it will be found?

No. You have to open up your PC and physically remove graphics card from the system.

Why, in another DELL M6800, i can see both Intel and AMD videocard? in mine i can see only one or the other at the same time

You have to explore BIOS settings or read user manual of the motherboard.
It may be called "IGP multi-monitor", "internal graphics" or something similar.
