"Failed to load detection driver" AMD Driver help

From my previous post, I gotten my new 7850 from a friend.
I am going from nvidia to AMD so I
1. Used the DDU tool to uninstall my nvidia drivers in SAFE mode
2. Shutdown and swapped cards
3. Went into safe mode and tried to install AMD Drivers but I get a error "Failed to load detection driver" and I can't install my drivers.

What do I do? Fast reply would be wonderful.

Update: haha I guess you can't install drivers in safe mode because I just booted up and tried to install it and it worked.

I wish you were still having issues, because I'm still having this issue.
